How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on the number of final edited images, not shooting time.

What’s included in every package?
Professional on-site photography services, comprehensive post-production, perspective and vertical correction, color grading, and minor object removal limited to small visual distractions. Major object removal, scene alteration, or compositing (including removal of furniture, structures, or modification of surroundings) is excluded and subject to additional fees.

How long does a photoshoot take?
The duration of the photography session is determined by the selected package and property scope. Estimated production time is approximately 1–1.5 hours for 15–20 images, 2–3 hours for 21–29 images, and half-day or extended coverage for 30+ images, subject to site conditions, lighting, and production requirements. Time allocations are indicative and not capped.

Do you deliver raw files?
No. Only fully edited, final images are delivered.

What editing style can I expect?
Clean, natural, and architectural—accurate colors, straight lines, no heavy filters.

When will I receive the photos?
Within 4–6 working days after the shoot.

Are usage rights included?
Commercial usage rights are granted for property listings, websites, marketing materials, and social media promotion of the photographed property. Third-party resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or stock usage is not included and requires a separate licensing agreement.

Do you offer bundled pricing for multiple villas?
Yes. Special rates are available for 3 or more properties.

Is drone photography included?
Drone photography is optional and quoted separately.

How do I book a session?
Choose a package, confirm details, and secure the date with a booking confirmation.

How should the property be prepared?
Client: Property must be fully cleaned, staged, and photo-ready, including lighting, pool, outdoor areas, and removal of personal items.
Photographer: Responsible only for photography and editing; styling, tidying, and object movement are excluded.
Additional charges may apply if preparation delays affect the shoot.

Do you work with agencies and developers?
Yes. Ongoing collaborations and custom pricing are available.
